We ship hardware every week to buyers across the USA. Here is exactly what to expect.

Order cut-off

Orders paid before 1pm CT ship the same business day when stock is local.

Lead time

1–2 business days to hand-off, then 2–6 days in transit within the lower 48.

Packaging

1–3 units ship foam-boxed via ground. 4+ units ship strapped and crated on a pallet.

Freight

Calculated at checkout from your delivery ZIP. Residential and lift-gate surcharges apply where relevant.

International

We ship worldwide on request — contact us before ordering so we can quote freight and duties.

New warranty

Remaining manufacturer warranty (varies by unit).

Used warranty

Remaining manufacturer warranty (varies by unit), plus a 7-day DOA policy from delivery. Report within 7 days and we repair, replace or refund.

Returns

Unopened new units may be returned within 14 days less freight and a restocking fee. Used units are DOA-only.
