Question 1

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Card payment at checkout for retail orders. For larger orders we also settle by wire, USDT or USDC — contact us and we'll invoice you directly.

Question 2

How many units can I order?

Accepted Answer

Up to 10 units per order through the store. Above that, Palm Data's wholesale desk will quote you pallet and container pricing.

Question 3

What voltage do these machines need?

Accepted Answer

Most ASICs here run on 200–240V and draw 1.5–3.7 kW. A standard US 120V household outlet will not run them. Check your circuit and breaker before ordering.

Question 4

Can you host the miners for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Palm Data runs colocation hosting with uptime reporting and on-site maintenance. Tell us how many units and we'll route you to the hosting desk.

Question 5

What exactly does 'used' mean?

Accepted Answer

Pulled from operating fleets, cleaned, serviced and bench-run under load before shipping. Every used unit carries a 7-day DOA policy from delivery.

Question 6

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on request. Contact us before ordering so we can quote freight, duties and the right export paperwork for your country.

Question 7

How profitable will this be?

Accepted Answer

That depends on your power cost, pool and network difficulty — all of which move. We won't quote you a return figure. Tell us your kWh rate and we'll walk through the math with you honestly.
